On an issue of first impression in Pennsylvania concerning the attorney-client privilege, Roy Leonard successfully represented on appeal before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, real estate services companies Red Vision Systems, Inc. and TitleVision Texas in a breach of contract case titled Red Vision Systems v. National Real Estate Information Systems, Case No. 416 WDA 2014.
